Are you looking for a Romanian translator who can make your LIFE easy?
I’m that expert you’ve hoped to work with!
When it comes to consular paperwork, sworn translations, or medical/legal documents, the last thing you need is stress. With so many names on the Embassy’s list, it’s hard to know who truly has the expertise to get it right. That’s where I come in.
I’m Daniela — a sworn Romanian translator registered with the Romanian Embassy in London. For over 17 years, I’ve helped thousands of Romanians and their families prepare for consulate appointments, citizenship applications, visas, and legal procedures with certified, accurate, and timely translations.
Instead of guessing from Facebook groups or contradictory advice, you’ll get clear guidance, complete document preparation, and translations that are accepted the first time. My goal is to make you feel confident, relieved, and ready for your appointment.
Here’s my little translation supervisor :).

When it comes to Powers of Attorney through the Romanian Consulate, dealing with paperwork and legal requirements can quickly become overwhelming. Whether you need to authorise someone in Romania to handle property transactions, business matters, or travel-related issues on your behalf, having the right guidance makes all the difference. That’s where I can help.
I’m Daniela — a sworn Romanian translator registered with the Romanian Embassy in London. For over 17 years, I’ve assisted almost a thousand of Romanians and their families with consular procedures and legal documentation.
I offer personalised consultations for Powers of Attorney issued through the Romanian Consulate, fully valid in Romania (no apostille or translation needed, reduced costs!) including guidance on communicating with the Consulate and preparing the documents required by lawyers, notaries, and authorities in Romania, ensuring the process is as smooth and stress-free as possible.
I partner with local notaries and sworn translators who can make your trip much less stressful.

Hello, I’m Daniela.
Here are a couple of questions I get asked frequently and will be useful for you.
-
Yes, I am a Romanian native sworn translator and interpreter for English, French and Spanish and I’m registered at the Romanian Embassy in London (#37 on the list). My translations are accepted in Romania and in the UK, as well as worldwide.
-
I can help with your official document legalisation and translation from and into Romanian, translation of school diplomas and certifications, work and school letters, medical records and interpreting or live translation (in-person, over the phone or online).
-
In general, it takes me a maximum of 48h from the moment I get your documents, sometimes 24h depending on how busy I am (this is for translation only), the legalisation takes 7-10 working days (done by the Legalisation Office in Milton Keynes). If the Romanian translation is much more complex, we’ll agree together on timelines and invoicing milestones.
-
You get two signed and stamped hard copies of the Romanian translation, a scan of the original and the Romanian translation, and tracked postage for a small fee.
For bigger projects you get end-to-end access to the Romanian translation process, can view it anytime, we’ll touch base with every milestone until the project is closed.
-
For individuals, legalisation and Romanian translation fees are paid upfront.
-
I’ll get in touch with you to get your Romanian translation documents (hard copies or scans) and start working. Once they are ready, you can download the Romanian translation scan and I’ll get delivery sorted for you.
